This week is my 39th episode. How many other people out there hear the number 39 And think immediately about a full term pregnancy. In this time that I've been with you, I am so proud of the work I've done and the opportunity I've created for us to connect and come together and grow beyond a full term pregnancy because that's something that I never had, I never will never have. Through thePodcast, I've given birth to an opportunity to help myself and help so many of you out there with the struggles that we have about creating a life that we can truly love again, even if we're not going to be moms.
Know that I appreciate all of you who continue to come back every week and listen to a message that I'm offering to you. And for those of you that do the work and take part in the exercises that I offer you every week to see some growth in your life. Thank you for putting the effort into yourself, and for believing in me to be your guide during this process.
We are building this week's episode around part 2 of the 4Ns process. It a methodology my mentor, Corrine Crabtree teaches. Last week we talked about Notice and Normalize.
This week we will talk about Neutralize and Next best thought or action
When you have certain thoughts or beliefs, questions about yourself like:
-how to love our lives,
-how to love ourselves after believing our bodies and IVF have failed us
-we are less than as women, because we couldn't have children.
When you are able to neutralize those thoughts - taking things down a notch, maybe bringing the temperature down in your mind.
Coming up with thoughts and taking actions that are going to put you and propel you into a space that will allow you to love your life that will allow you to look at yourself in the mirror and love the woman that you see in that reflection.
If we believe that the only way we can love ourselves is if we were able to have children, we're never gonna get there if we don't do some of this work. When you're looking in the mirror and thinking of your next best thought it may be
-life will get better.
-I have a marriage that is wholesome and true.
-I have a partner that supports me,
-I have the ability to focus on myself and focus on my talents and do some soul searching to see what it is I'm truly made to provide for myself and to provide for this world.
Your next best thought or actions are really going to get you to the result you're looking for which is learning how to live your life again.
